Refund & Returns / Cancellation Policy

At Ultimate Hamper Store, we take great care to ensure every hamper is beautifully curated and securely packaged

 Due to the perishable or personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or doesn't match the approved design, we will replace it free of cost.

To qualify for review:
*You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
*Provide your order number, a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened in one continuous take, and photos of the damaged item(s) and outer packaging.

Without a valid unboxing video, we are unable to verify courier damage or offer any compensation or replacement.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery:
We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and  is possible before design approval for a full refund. After design approval, cancellation incurs a 30% processing fee.
