🎨 Customisation Policies
All customisation details (names, photos, messages, colours) must be shared clearly via WhatsApp at the time of ordering.
A digital mockup will be shared for your approval before production begins.
Changes can be made before mockup approval. Once approved, no changes are possible.
Photo quality must be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI) for best print results.
Minor colour variations may occur due to screen vs. print differences.
✅ Order Confirmation Process
Orders are confirmed only after: (a) design/mockup approval and (b) payment received.
Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp with estimated delivery date.
For bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate production.
Remaining balance is due before dispatch.
An order tracking number will be shared once the order is shipped.
↩️ Return & Cancellation Policy
Since products are customised, returns are not accepted for personalised items.
Cancellation is possible before design approval for a full refund.
After design approval, cancellation incurs a 30% processing fee.
If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or doesn't match the approved design, we will replace it free of cost.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
